Lifetime Warranty

Our widely regarded lifetime warranty applies to most products that we manufacture, supply, deliver and that are used in the UK.

CPS Manufacturing Co warrants to the original purchaser of the product that its products are free from defects in workmanship and materials. CPS will repair or replace with comparable product, at its sole option and free of charge, any product found to be defective provided that the original purchaser promptly gives written notice of any defects to CPS together with a copy of this warranty and photographic proof of damage.

Exclusions:

Normal wear and tear
Abuse, misuse or accident
Other manufacturers products
Cost of transportation of goods to and from CPS
Unauthorised alteration, modification or repair
Failure to apply, install or maintain product according to CPS instruction and guidelines
Variation occurring in surface materials (e.g. non colourfastness or the matching of grains, textures and colours between differing lots and samples)
